INFORMATION AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING THE 2023 PRIORITY SALES WINDOW FOR MCC MEMBERS AND CANDIDATES, FIRST-CLASS COUNTY (FCC) MEMBERS
The priority window is open from 10.00 GMT on Monday 31 October and will close at 12.00 GMT on Monday 7 November. In this window, all MCC Members (Full, Senior & Associate) and Candidates, as well as all verified First-Class County members, will have priority access to tickets to all international matches at Lord’s in 2023.
Tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first served-basis. Please note that payment will be taken immediately upon purchase.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In which stands can I access tickets during this priority sales window?
Tickets are available for purchase in the Grand Stand, Mound Stand, Compton Stand and Edrich Stand. When you log in to the ticketing site, your client type will determine the stands, category and tickets that you can access for purchase.
When you log in and select the match day for which you wish to purchase tickets, any available areas will be highlighted.
(Please note that A+ tickets are exclusively available to MCC Full Members, Associate & Senior Members and Candidates)
What are my purchase limits?
To maximise the success of as many people as possible, we have set the following maximum limits on purchases in this priority sales window.

With demand for tickets to the England v. Australia Men’s Test match expected to be exceptionally high, we have set a limit across the entire match, rather than per match day, to give as many people as great a chance of securing tickets to at least one match day as possible.
What category of tickets and pricing are available in this exclusive priority window?
We have simplified our ticket categories this year. Tickets are available in the following categories and pricing:

Under-16 ticket prices are two-tiered for the Men’s and Women’s Ashes matches.

Category E and F tickets offer restricted view seating. Please look at the <view from> feature when selecting tickets in a particular stand to see how significant the restriction may be. In some cases, it is very minor.

Day 4 of the Ireland Test match has 20% reduced pricing, compared to Days 1–3.

How and when will I receive my tickets?
All Public Stand tickets for 2023 will be received via the Lord’s App. Please download the App. For a ‘how to’ guide please refer to this webpage: The Lord's App | Lord's (lords.org)
Public Stand ticket access QR codes (that are scanned at the entrance gates) will be uploaded to the App in the weeks preceding the match day. Please enable notifications and we’ll let you know when your tickets are ready.
Public Stand ticketholders shall require an Android or Apple smartphone in order to download the App. Should you not have access to a smart phone we can provide print-at-home PDF in exceptional circumstances.
When will Day 5 Men’s Ashes tickets go on sale?
Tickets for Day 5 will be made available to purchase on a first-come, first-served basis, via tickets.lords.org at a later date. Please keep an eye on email communications from the Club regarding these tickets.
Please note the England Men v Ireland Men’s Test match is scheduled for four days of play only.
What are the rules around Under-16, unaccompanied children and infant tickets?
Under-16 ticket holders must be 16 years or younger on the day of the match.
Any child ticket holder 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.
Any babes-in-arms may be carried into the ground free-of-charge, so long as they will not occupy a seat themselves. A ticket is required for any child three years of age or over.
